3. Google and YouTube User Data
BMSports / CurlCast allows facility managers to connect their own YouTube account to the BMSports and CurlCast dashboard. This connection is used so the dashboard can automatically create and manage livestreams on the facility's connected YouTube channel.
When a facility manager connects a YouTube account, BMSports / CurlCast may access and process Google and YouTube user data necessary to provide the automated livestreaming service. This may include YouTube channel connection status, YouTube channel identifiers, YouTube livestream and broadcast information, stream configuration details, livestream titles, descriptions, scheduled times, privacy settings, and OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection.
BMSports / CurlCast uses this Google and YouTube user data only to provide the automated livestreaming features requested by the facility. This includes connecting the facility's YouTube account, creating YouTube live broadcasts, configuring stream settings, binding broadcasts to streams, updating livestream details, and managing the livestream workflow from the dashboard.
BMSports / CurlCast does not sell Google or YouTube user data. BMSports / CurlCast does not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, or training artificial intelligence models.
BMSports / CurlCast does not share Google or YouTube user data with third parties except as necessary to provide and operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, protect users, or operate required hosting, database, security, and infrastructure services. Any service providers used to operate the platform are only permitted to process data as needed to provide services to BMSports / CurlCast.
OAuth tokens and related YouTube connection data are stored securely and are used only to maintain the facility's YouTube connection and perform authorized livestreaming actions. We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google and YouTube user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Facility managers can revoke BMSports / CurlCast access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Facility managers may also contact us at contact@bmsports.live to request deletion of Google or YouTube connection data stored by BMSports / CurlCast.
We retain Google and YouTube user data only for as long as necessary to provide the automated livestreaming service, maintain the facility's YouTube connection, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When access is revoked or deletion is requested, we will delete or de-identify associated Google and YouTube connection data unless retention is required by law or legitimate business obligations.
