Record, capture, or re-stream any stream content
Use the streams for any commercial or public display
Attempt to circumvent any regional or digital restrictions
Remove any watermarks or copyright notations
Use any automated systems (bots) to access the service

3. Service Disclaimer

Live sports streaming involves complex technical variables. BMSports makes no warranties regarding the uptime, video quality, or accuracy of any stream. Streams are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY NETWORK CONGESTION, HARDWARE FAILURE AT THE FACILITY, OR YOUTUBE SERVICE OUTAGES.

4. Governing Law

Any claim relating to BMSports.live shall be governed by the laws of the **Province of Alberta, Canada** without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Edmonton, Alberta**.
